Holiday Shipping

Please make your orders by November 25th for international delivery and December 10th for US delivery to be safe for the holidays.

Shipping

Items are typically shipped within 5 business days of when an order is placed. However, there are times when circumstances beyond our control (holidays, inclement weather, pandemics, supply chain issues, etc.) may affect this. We cannot guarantee delivery and ship-by dates for this reason. Please be sure to order well in advance for holidays and special occasions to ensure your order arrives on time.

Different product types are shipped from separate warehouses. Please note, if ordered together, they may not arrive at the same time.

 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unused and unworn items, within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Name on order
  • Order Number
  • Item Name(s)

You will then need to ship your item(s) to:

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, don’t stress! Please email breakdownmerch@gmail.com to discuss replacement options and include: 

  • Name on order
  • Order Number
  • Item Name(s)
  • Photo(s), if the item(s) arrived damaged

You are not required to ship defective or damaged items back to us.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • "Final Sale" items

Exchanges & Mistakes:

We do not process exchanges, however, once your return is processed, you can come on back and place a new order for your replacement item.

Once your item has shipped, we can no longer refund or cancel your order.
